How is payment made?
Payment for the service must be made prior to the parcel’s departure from origin. We accept bank transfers, BIT Mobile transfers.

What the estimated delivery time?
This is dependent on the destination of the delivery. We aim for 4 to 8 weeks.
What would you do if a parcel does not arrive or is damaged?
We provide full compensation for loss or damage.
Do you offer discounts?
Of course. We organize frequent action sales and working on a loyalty program for our constant clients. Please track our announcements.
